Stormwater Management Agreement Letters
Public Works Update: Stormwater Management Agreement Letters
Recently many HOA members and multi-residence facility representatives have received stormwater management agreement letters from the Town. These letters are part of a Town-wide initiative to ensure all stormwater systems are properly maintained and meet local and state environmental standards. These systems play a vital role in preventing flooding, protecting water quality, and preserving the long-term health of our communities.
We understand this rollout may have caused some confusion or frustration, and we sincerely appreciate your patience as we move through this process. Our goal is to work collaboratively with both HOAs and multi-residence facilities to provide clear information and support.
We’ve already heard from several HOA Presidents who have reached out to the Town, and we encourage others — including property managers of multi-residence facilities — to do the same. Open communication helps ensure everyone is on the same page.
