NOTICE OF SOLICITATION OF JOINT REVIEW BOARD MEMBER
The Town of Grand Chute has a public member vacancy on the Joint Review Board. The appointee will serve out the remainder of an existing term which expires April 2025.
Joint Review Board members serve two-year terms and serve without compensation. The public member must reside in the Town of Grand Chute.
The Joint Review Board is governed by WI Stat. § 66.1105(4m) and oversees Tax Incremental Districts (TID).
The Joint Review Board shall meet annually on July 1, or when an annual report is available. The Joint Review Board is responsible for reviewing the performance and status of Tax Increment Districts and reviewing proposals to create or amend a TID. The Town of Grand Chute has four existing TIDs. An additional TID is being reviewed for financial feasibility.
Any interested party should complete the application for appointment and provide any relevant background and qualifications by: December 1, 2024. Applications will be reviewed and an appointee selected at a future Joint Review Board meeting.

NOTICE OF SOLICITATION FOR THREE DRAINAGE COMMITTEE CITIZEN MEMBERS AND ONE ALTERNATE MEMBER
The Town of Grand Chute has four positions open on the newly established Drainage Committee. The term of each member shall be for five years. Initial appointments and annual appointments thereafter shall be staggered so that the Town Board shall make a new appointment of one member each year. Citizen members will be compensated with a $35 per diem.
The Drainage Committee shall review drainage-related issues either brought before it by Town Staff or via recommendation of the Town Board. The Committee shall make recommendations to the Town Board for action, and any action of the Committee shall be advisory only.
Applicants shall be citizens not currently serving in any other public office in the Town.
