NOTICE OF SOLICITATION OF PLAN COMMISSION ALTERNATE MEMBER
The Town of Grand Chute Plan Commission has an opening for a Plan Commission alternate. The primary role of the Plan Commission is to review development projects for compliance with the Town of Grand Chute Municipal Code and the Town of Grand Chute Comprehensive Plan. Reviews includes Site Plans, Special Exception Permits, Rezoning Requests, Certified Survey Maps and Plats. The Plan Commission provides recommendations to the Town Board for many of these items.
Town of Grand Chute Municipal Code:
§ 16-2 Plan Commission.
A. The Town Board of Supervisors shall appoint the members of the Town Plan Commission. The Town Plan Commission shall consist of seven members, five citizen members with staggered three-year terms and two Town Board members. The Town Board of Supervisors may also appoint one alternate member to the Plan Commission with a three-year term. The alternate member may participate as a voting member at any Town Plan Commission meeting in which one or more of the appointed members are absent.

B. Compensation for Town Plan Commission members shall be set annually by the Town Board to be effective with the term of Town Plan Commission members and once set shall remain in such amount until amended or changed by the Town Board.

NOTICE OF SOLICITATION OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MEMBER
The Town of Grand Chute Community Development Authority has an opening for a seat with a term expiring May 2028.
The Community Development Authority, is authorized to act as agent of the Town (i) in planning and carrying out any community development programs and activities approved by the Town Board under the Federal Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, and (ii) to perform all acts, except the development of the general plan of the Town, which may be otherwise performed by the Town Plan Commission under Sections 66.1301 to 66.1327, 66.1331, 66.1337 or 66.1105 of the Wisconsin Statutes. Currently, the primary role of the Grand Chute Development Authority includes ownership and oversight of the Community First Champion Center.
