The primary role of the Plan Commission is to review development projects for compliance with the Town of Grand Chute Municipal Code and the Town of Grand Chute Comprehensive Plan. Reviews includes Site Plans, Special Exception Permits, Rezoning Requests, Certified Survey Maps and Plats. The Plan Commission provides recommendations to the Town Board for many of these items.
