The Town of Grand Chute is divided into three sections for utility billing. The quarterly billings for each section are staggered so that we send out bills every month. Our water meters are read with an AMI Automated System around the 20th of each month and process the bills for month end. They are mailed during the first full week of the following month with first class mail rate. All utility bills are due on the last day of the month following the cycle end.
