- Project Description: Installation of a shelter with attached restrooms and a parking lot at Maple Edge Park. Repaving of the pickleball court at Carter Woods Park.

- Grande Market Regional Stormwater Facility
- Anticipated Timeline: Pond and Utility Construction Summer 2026
- Project Description: Construction of a regional stormwater facility on the north side of Grande Market Drive, to the west of Casaloma Drive. Existing storm sewer main along West Grande Market Drive, Casaloma Drive, and a storm sewer easement between Casaloma Drive and N. Mall Drive is to be upsized.

- Ridgeview Drive Area
- Anticipated Timeline: Summer 2026 Construction
- Project Description: Pulverizing and paving of the following roadway sections: W. Ridgeview Dr. (WIS 47 - Ridgeview Cir), W. Highland Park Ave. (W. Ridgeview Dr. - Ridgeview Cir.), and Appleton St. (W. Highland Park Ave. - Termini). The following roadways are to be reconstructed and repaved with curb & gutter and sidewalk on both sides: Ridgeview Cir. (W. Ridgeview Dr. - W. Highland Park Ave.), W. Highland Park Ave. (Ridgeview Cir. - Appleton St.), Appleton St. (W. Highland Park Ave. - W. First Ave.), and First Ave. (Appleton St. - Town Limits). Improvements also include culvert replacements and miscellaneous ditching.
- N. Bluemound Drive Water Main Relay
- Anticipated Timeline: Summer 2026 Construction
- Project Description: Replacement of existing water main along Bluemound Dr between College Ave and Wisconsin Ave. Also includes replacement of water main along Highview Dr on either side of Bluemound Dr, Lilas Dr (Highview Dr-College), Franklin St (Lilas Dr-Termini), Woodman Dr (Bluemound Ct-Bluemound Dr), and Bluemound Ct (Woodman Dr-Termini). Existing sanitary sewer to be repaired in various locations along Bluemound Dr.
- N. Clarity Lane Extension
- Anticipated Timeline: Summer 2026 Construction
- Project Description: N. Clarity Lane is to be extended from its intersection with W. Evergreen Drive to approximately 700' north, ending in a cul-de-sac. The new roadway will include utility extensions for water main and sanitary sewer. The road will be urbanized with curb & gutter, sidewalk, and storm sewer.

- Project Description: Pulverizing and paving of the following roadway sections: W. Edgewood Drive (Mayflower-Termini), N Sunridge Dr (120' N of Woodstone Dr-Termini), W Breckenridge Ct (N Sunridge Dr-Termini), and W Woodstone Dr (N Sunridge Dr-N Mason St). Improvements also include culvert replacements, miscellaneous ditching, and water main hardware replacement.
- S. Nicolet Road Urban Recondition
- Anticipated Timeline: Summer 2026 Construction
- Project Description: S. Nicolet Road (W Pine St-S Van Dyke Rd) and S. Van Dyke Road (~600' urban section near S Nicolet Rd) are to be reconditioned with full pavement replacement, select base course repairs, curb & gutter spot repairs, storm sewer inlet and manhole repairs, and sanitary sewer maintenance. The existing water main along S. Nicolet Road between W. Pine St. and S. Van Dyke Rd. is to be replaced.
