- Project Description: Installation of a traffic signal at the intersection of W. Evergreen Drive & N. Galaxy Drive. Existing curb ramps and crosswalks within the intersection to be updated as needed.

- October 17, 2025 Update
- Vinton to start concrete removals the week of October 20. Bodart to start installing underground electrical and pole bases the week of October 27.
- October 31, 2025 Update
- Vinton to start concrete restoration and Bodart to complete installing pole bases the week of November 3.
- November 12, 2025 Update
- Bodart to pour remaining pole bases the week of November 17. Vinton to cleanup and restore the intersection upon completion of the pole bases. Traffic signals to be installed in early January.
- Grande Market Regional Stormwater Facility
- Anticipated Timeline: Pond Construction Summer 2026; Storm Sewer Relay Construction Summer 2026
- Project Description: Construction of a regional stormwater facility on the north side of Grande Market Drive, to the west of Casaloma Drive. Existing storm sewer main along West Grande Market Drive, Casaloma Drive, and a storm sewer easement between Casaloma Drive and N. Mall Drive is to be upsized.
- Park Improvements - Maple Edge & Carter Woods
- Anticipated Timeline: Construction will begin August 25, 2025
- Project Description: Installation of a shelter with attached restrooms and a parking lot at Maple Edge Park. Repaving of the pickleball court at Carter Woods Park.

- Ridgeview Drive Area
- Anticipated Timeline: Summer 2026 Construction
- Project Description: Pulverizing and paving of the following roadway sections: W. Ridgeview Dr. (WIS 47 - Ridgeview Cir), W. Highland Park Ave. (W. Ridgeview Dr. - Ridgeview Cir.), and Appleton St. (W. Highland Park Ave. - Termini). The following roadways are to be reconstructed and repaved with curb & gutter on one side: Ridgeview Cir. (W. Ridgeview Dr. - W. Highland Park Ave.), W. Highland Park Ave. (Ridgeview Cir. - Appleton St.), Appleton St. (W. Highland Park Ave. - W. First Ave.), and First Ave. (Appleton St. - Town Limits). Improvements also include culvert replacements and miscellaneous ditching.
