Healthy quality of life is important to Grand Chute residents and the Grand Chute Police Department acts quickly when responding to public nuisance complaints. If you know of a public nuisance or quality of life problem within the Town of Grand Chute and would like to have a police officer or community service officer investigate the problem, please fill out and submit this form and submit to the department by email, mail, fax, or in person. If you would like to receive a response from an officer as to their investigative findings, please check the box in the form and an officer will call you.
