Thank you for participating in the Town of Grand Chute Police Department’s electronic reporting program. Embedded in our mission statement is our goal to create and maintain partnerships within our community to reduce crime and improve the quality of life for our residents. By participating in this program, you allow us to create a more efficient intake process that permits us to assign past-tense crimes during periods of lower call volumes. This opens additional opportunities for our officers to focus their efforts on crime prevention and other calls for service that require an on-scene response. Participation in the electronic program is voluntary, and we will send an officer in person if requested.
Once your report is completed and received by our department, an incident number will be generated. You will receive an e-mail notifying you of the case number and the assigned officer. The assigned officer will contact your business to pick up any associated surveillance video. Due to an officer’s work schedule, there may be a short delay between when the case is assigned, and the video is obtained.
