 The Operations Division is responsible for the management and administration of daily fire department operations including personnel scheduling, staffing, and emergency response activities. The Operations Division provides strategic-level direction for various agency programs including fire suppression, emergency medical services, special operations (hazardous materials and technical rescue), training, equipment and facility maintenance.
