GCFD provides ambulance transport service for patients to the closest most appropriate facility that could best treat the patient. Patient choice is always important, and we attempt to facilitate that whenever possible.
All emergency and non-emergency ambulance requests go through the Outagamie County Communications Center by dialing 911.
EMS/MC is the billing company for the GCFD ambulance service.
All payments, billing questions, and medical records requests after 12-31-2024 should be directed to EMS/MC through their online portal.
