If you fail to appear at your scheduled initial appearance or trial, the court will enter a default judgement against you.
If your court appearance is not mandatory, you may enter a plea of No Contest and pay the forfeiture prior to the appearance date, or set up payment arrangements.
You may also enter a plea of Not Guilty prior to your initial appearance if you wish to have a trial.
Pleas can be e-mailed to clerkofcourt@grandchutewi.gov or mailed to Town of Grand Chute Municipal Court, 1900 W. Grand Chute Blvd., Grand Chute, WI 54913, prior to your initial appearance.
