This study addresses a growing concern over pedestrian safety and quality of life along CTH JJ from CTH A to STH 55 located in Outagamie County at the northern fringe of the Fox Cities. Led by East Central Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission, the study is a cooperative effort of Outagamie County, the City of Appleton, and the Town of Grand Chute.
