Municipal Disaster Proclamation: STATE OF WISCONSIN
Town of Grand Chute, Outagamie County
The Town Chairperson of the Town of Grand Chute, Outagamie County, Wisconsin, by
this Proclamation, resolves and orders as follows:
An emergency is declared as existing within the Town of Grand Chute, Outagamie
County, Wisconsin, for the following reasons: Storm Damage on July 27, 2026.
The period of emergency shall be limited to the time during which the emergency
conditions exist or are likely to exist in the Town of Grand Chute.
The Town Chairperson, or his designated agents, has the authority to order whatever is
necessary and expedient for the health, safety, welfare, and good order of the Town of
Grand Chute during the emergency, including without limitation the power to bar,
restrict, and remove all unnecessary traffic, vehicular or pedestrian, from the local
highways and street.

The Town of Grand Chute has three (3) polling locations. All of the wards vote at Town Hall for February Primary elections due to typically low voter turnout. A resident has the option of requesting an absentee ballot (mail or early voting in the Clerk's office) for the elections if they do not want to go to their polling location on Election Day.
