OVERFLOW PICKUP
April 20 – April 24, 2026
Have the bulky items out to the side of the road by 6:00 a.m. the morning of your regular collection day at least 5' away from your garbage cart. A separate truck is used to collect the overflow items, so it may not be collected at the same time as your regular garbage.
Allowable items: Beds, box Springs, mattresses, bikes (no tires), carpeting (cut into 4-foot rolls), exercise equipment, free-standing cabinets, furniture (couches, chairs, sofas, desks, tables, entertainment centers), grills (propane tank removed), ladders, mowers (oil, gas and filters removed), wood (one bundle, less than 4 feet in length, bundles and tied)
Unallowable items: Appliances, bagged household waste, batteries, electronics, fluorescent light bulbs (ballasts), hazardous waste, propane tanks, soils, stone, yard waste, tree stumps, tires, construction and demolition Material such as concrete, roofing, bricks, drywall, lumber, general contractor remodel material, etc. (Any project completed by a contractor is to be disposed of by the contractor)
